SUPERIOR PERSONAL SERVICE
I traded up from a Chainless 4000 to a X5000 in July 2015. I contacted Hustler directly and they sent my query to Otautau Tractor & Machinery 2013 Ltd directly. I found the personal service received was superior to other local suppliers based on price as well as performance. I find the X5000 gives me more control over the bales as the bed is deeper, it has new and improved spike shredders so it teases the bales better. I also find it is far superior at feeding out softer bales and is great on hills. Otautau Tractors & Machinery 2013 Ltd have followed up on sales and have recently completed my first-year service ready for the upcoming season.
